Supported detectors
Which radar detectors and laser jammers SpectreNav pairs with, what each gives you, and how to fix a detector that will not connect.
Detectors#

Every brand gets the same alerts on the map, the same tones, profiles, automations, alert filtering, mute zones, history and CarPlay. One detector connects at a time; you can save several and the app connects to whichever is in range, primary first.
Laser jammer#
AL Priority pairs alongside any detector once Antilaser priority (ALP) integration is switched on under Menu → Settings → More → Experimental. It provides laser alerts, the jammer's mode and a one-tap disengage.
Not on the list#
Other Bluetooth detectors may appear in the scan but are untested. Email support@spectrenav.com with the model if you would like it supported.
Troubleshooting#
| Problem | Try |
|---|---|
| Detector not found in the scan | Power it on, turn Bluetooth on in its menu (Uniden, Radenso), close any other detector app, keep the phone within a few feet. |
| Pairs but the Detector chip stays red | Open Menu → Detector → Devices and tap Connect. If it still fails, Forget detector and pair again. |
| Connected but no alerts on the card | The detector is sending display data but its alert stream did not start. Disconnect and Connect again from Devices. |
| Settings page empty or settings not applying | Wait a few seconds after connecting; the app reads the detector's settings first. A Uniden or Radenso restarts after each change. |
| Drops on the road | Check the detector's power and the phone's Bluetooth. The app reconnects on its own and keeps GPS alerts going meanwhile. |
| Need to send logs | Menu → Settings → Data → Diagnostics → Diagnostic mode, reproduce, then Export diagnostic logs. |
